Service is quick and friendly. Ambience is typical strip mall Chinese restaurant. There are certain dishes we always order..... the special wonton soup (wor wonton) and mandarin chicken. Love love love the mandarin chicken. Chicken chow mein is good, Mu Shu pork is good, honey walnut prawns are good. Until recently, this restaurant has been very consistent. For the last several months we have noticed that sometimes the food is under seasoned (not enough salt). Other times it is as perfect as ever. We will continue to eat at Ione Chinese as it's the only Chinese in town and hope that they return to their consistent goodness. ”
